Although the programs have been designed by F.J. Semet, a physiotherapist expert and specialist in physical, mental, and emotional conditioning with over 10 years of experience, they are not a substitute for individualized care and are in no way medical products.

 

These programs are intended solely for wellness, prevention, and general physical activity. They do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of digital programs offered by Athletic Health Performance (AHP) through the Theramov website. These programs include:

• Pre-designed PDF programs (Recovery or Bulletproof)

• Personalized PDF programs (created and delivered within 3 to 7 business days after payment)

ARTICLE 2 – PRICES

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Theramov reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the price charged will be the one in effect at the time of the order.

ARTICLE 3 – ORDERS

​

Orders are placed exclusively through the website.
Any order confirmation implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

​

• Pre-designed PDFs: available immediately after payment.

• Personalized PDFs: delivered by email within 3 to 7 business days after payment.

ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT

​

Payments are made by credit card via a secure payment system (Stripe).

​

ARTICLE 6 – WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS

​

In accordance with legal provisions relating to digital products:

​

• No withdrawal rights, refunds, or exchanges apply once the order has been confirmed and the product has been downloaded or made accessible.

• For personalized PDFs, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the creation process has started.

 

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

ARTICLE 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All PDFs provided (pre-designed or personalized) are for strictly personal use only. Any reproduction, sharing, distribution, or commercial use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

ARTICLE 8 – LIABILITY

Theramov cannot be held responsible for:

​

• The inappropriate use of the provided programs.

• Results that differ from the client’s expectations, as these programs do not replace medical or therapeutic care.

ARTICLE 9 – PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected during orders is used solely for order processing and customer relationship management. For more details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

ARTICLE 10 – GOVERNING LAW

​

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, only French courts will have jurisdiction.
